The Story

I'm 22 years old, and Briar Outdoor Co. started as a dream I couldn't shake: to build my own business, my own way, from the ground up.

I grew up outside — mornings before the sun hit the water, evenings that ended around a fire, and every kind of ordinary day in between. The clothes I reached for always fell into one of two camps: cheap stuff that didn't survive the season, or pieces so rugged they felt out of place in my living room. I wanted something in between. Something comfortable, honest, and built for real life — whether that's a lazy morning, a busy afternoon, or a night outside with friends.

So I'm using everything I know how to do to make this the best clothing line it possibly can be. That means choosing soft, durable fabrics instead of the cheapest option. It means small batches, so every piece gets looked at closely before it ships. It means testing the pieces myself — wearing them through real days, real weather, and real life — before I ask anyone else to trust them.

I'm not pretending to be a big company. I'm one person learning fast, taking every bit of feedback seriously, and reinvesting everything back into making the next run better than the last.
